The following is my personal watch list of every MCU installment. Most of everything is listed in release order and grouped by Phase number, except for some exceptions, which are moved around for continuity purposes. I also included end credits scenes so you always know what to expect, as well as tie-in comics which are optional prequels. Enjoy!Note: The main Marvel Comics universe is designated as 616. The MCU is designated as 199999; however, this is the name for the MCU Multiverse as a whole. The MCU also uses 616 to designate what will eventually be referred to as the Sacred Timeline. This is the MCU's version of 616 that is not the same as the main comics universe. The MCU has other parallel universes that you will encounter eventually such as 838, and so on. But there are other universes, like the X-Men universe that Fox made, 10005, that only become a part of the MCU once they merge at a later point to due legal contracts, etc. Everything with a red border is going to be the main MCU that you need to watch. Other colors are optional but recommended for the best experience possible. I hope that explains it well enough.

Phase 0
I am going to refer to this Pre-MCU section as Phase 0, but that's not a real official title that exists. These are all the movies and shows that get dragged into the greater MCU multiverse eventually, but were released before the MCU actually started. After this, the rest of these Pre-Merge titles are included in whatever phase was happening at the time of their release.
X-Men: The Animated Series
Season 1 - 5
Universe: 92131I know you're probably confused about this being the starting point. Believe it or not, this does eventually connect to the MCU. This is of course optional because the MCU show that it connects to in Phase 5 actually does a great job of establishing where things are at without you having to watch the original cartoon. This show is in the same weird gray area as Inhumans, where it was intended to be MCU canon, but has some inconsistencies, such as the whereabouts and the design of the Darkhold, etc. In other words, this show may not be considered canon going forward, but Marvel has still not made any statements about whether it is or not.
